Kingman prison empty bed payments

The Arizona Department of Corrections guarantees to pay Management & Training Corp. based on a prison that is no less than 97 percent full instead of the actual inmate count, when that count is lower.
Figures below represent per diem payments received by Management & Training Corp. in excess of the actual inmate count at the Kingman prison, based on a guaranteed minimum MTC negotiated with the state, effective May 1.
